I have upgraded to PyCharm 2025.1
SInce the upgrade, I no longer see the Prompt Library list in the AI Assistant
The expectation is to press the + button, and select from a list of saved prompts.
The saved prompts are no longer there
If I navigate to Settings > Tools > AI Assistant > Prompt Library, I can see my saved prompts under Chat Actions
However, they are no longer available for quick selection from the AI Assistant using the + button
Please help.

It looks like this feature was removed in the latest release (2025.1) as its usage in general was very low. I created an issue in YT for it: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/LLM-16985. Feel free to vote for it and follow for progress updates. Sorry for the inconvenience.
