renew student licens

m a student using IntelliJ IDEA with a student license, but I’m currently unable to access it. When I log in, I get the message:
"We found no JetBrains product licenses associated with your JetBrains Account."
I’ve tried to renew my license, but it seems my student email is already used or expired. Could you please help me renew or reactivate it?

Please send me your email address where the subscription was delivered/the number of order and any officially issued document in the PDF format with your full name and confirmation of your current student status in 2024/2025 academic year for validation of your JetBrains account ownership and
eligibility.
