New menu disabled "IntelliJ IDEA 2025.1"

Hello good day I updated to version 2025.1 because the bug: I cant create any XML file in "IntelliJ IDEA 2024.3.1.1.1 has been fixed, I performed a clean install, I created a new Android project but I got this error that occurred since version 2024.3:

 

and well the error is because the mipmap folders are not created, so I thought to create it manually but the new button is not active, invalidate cache and restart the IDE even delete and create a new project but it did not work:
