analyzing status too slow

Could you try the following and share the logs as described below? 
- Disable all 3rd party plugins via Settings | Plugins | ⚙ | Disable all downloaded plugins. You can re-enable all the plugins again later with the Enable all Downloaded Plugins option.
- Invalidate system cache using this help doc:  https://www.jetbrains.com/help/idea/invalidate-caches.html#clear-system-cache 
- If you still see the issue capture idea logs using Help | Collect Logs and Diagnostic Data... and upload it to https://uploads.jetbrains.com/.Please share the upload id so we can check it further.
