Endless SIGSEGV Error

Steps to Reproduce

1. Hard to reproduce. The error comes from nowhere. No exactly a way to reproduce it. Often I have it when open 2 projects with phpstorm

Expected Result

To just a work!

Actual Result

When I open the second project with PHPStorm the PC freezes! I have this error on my both PCs with totally different hardware. I was having this issue every possible day and decided to buy the powerful gaming PC, install ubuntu there and continue my work. But the problem is still chasing me.

Old PC:
CPU: i5 12 gen
RAM: 32GB DDR4
GPU: 1650 Ti 6GB
Storge: 1TB SSD
OS: Ubuntu 24.04

New PC:
CPU: i9 14 gen
RAM: 64GB DDR5
GPU: 4070 Ti Super 16GB
Storage: 1TB nvme
OS: Ubuntu 24.04

I ran memtest86 for 25 hours and it passed about 29 tests with NO error.

I paid $3500 for new PC, I pay my annual subscription to Jetbrains to be able to work on my projects, but Im not able. Do you gonna fix it or we need to switch to VScode?
