I can't get educational license.

I initially received a JetBrains Educational license via the GitHub Student Developer Pack. After expiration, I renewed it. I attempted to apply for a fresh Educational license. The system rejects my application with this message:
"This GitHub account has already been used to apply. Please check your inbox for an invitation email with instructions on how to proceed."
No invitation email arrived.

Please check your GitHub profile and use your primary GitHub email address for a renewal of your student subscription via your JetBrains account, clicking the dedicated link Renew my Education Pack, filling out the form and submitting it.
I'll appreciate it, if you let me know how it works for you. If the problem persists, please send me, your GitHub username, a screenshot of your GitHub profile with the date of verification as belonging to a student and any officially issued document in the PDF format with your full name and confirmation of your current student status in 2024/2025 academic year for validation of your JetBrains account ownership and eligibility.

I'm having the exact same issue. I'm renewing my educational pack. I signed up initially via GitHub and remember having issues renewing the first time as well but I don't remember how I fixed it.

As I was gathering the information to send a request I realized that my JetBrains renewal reminder was sent to a different email than the ones connected to my GitHub (I have one secondary email, one primary and a school email). I logged into my secondary email's account (on which I got the renewal reminder) and changed my email. Now it says my next expiration date is November so it seems to have extended the license.

That is unpleasant to hear. Where should I send this information as it includes some personal information that I'd rather not share publicly. I also can't get a hold of a PDF that shows my student enrollment status at that school but I could provide an image of a school pass or a school ID card
