Unresponsive and unclosable pop-ups
As shown in the picture, when I used goland to install the protobuf plugin in the store, a conflict prompt popped up when I restarted. I couldn't check it or click the "Enable and Restart" button. What's more annoying is that there are 2 identical pop-ups. I tried to reinstall goland, but it still didn't work. It still popped up and wouldn't let me close it. This design is too bad. I need the support of the team to solve the problem quickly. I hope to get a reply as soon as possible.

Hi there! Thank you for your question. We haven't had similar reports lately, so I must admit I'm not 100% sure what might've caused this. However, I think the quickest way to resolve this would be deleting one of the conflicting plugins. I understand the UI is not accessible when this issue happens, so I'd recommend trying to do so directly from the hard drive—https://www.jetbrains.com/help/go/directories-used-by-the-ide-to-store-settings-caches-plugins-and-logs.html#plugins-directory.

It's frustrating when new hardware doesn't perform as expected! The Medion Erazer Beast 16 X1 Ultimate is indeed advertised with a 16-inch QHD+ 300Hz MiniLED display, so you should definitely be able to access that refresh rate.
