Thank you for reporting this. Can you share some additional diagnostic data such as IDE version, a screenshot of the issue, when did it start occurring (after IDE/plugin update, configuration change etc) You can also try this basic troubleshooting:
Invalidate cache from File | Invalidate caches | Check all the boxes | Press Invalidate and Restart
Go to Settings | Plugins | Gear Icon | Disable All Downloaded Plugins - If the issue disappears, enable them one by one to see which one triggers this behavior.

al fixed it was sticky line problem
