settings dialog kinda f... broken ;) after clicking "Actions on save"
I just noticed that once I click on “Tools” → “Actions on save” in PyCharm, the whole thing kinda breaks. It's hard to explain so I uploaded a video:

As you can see, the _second_ click on “Actions on save” takes ages, and after I clicked on it all the other pages in the settings dialog are pretty much broken. I don't know what this is, but I want it gone :) .
Does anyone have any idea?
**What I already tried:**
- Restart IDE (multiple times)
- Uninstall and reinstall using the Toolbox
- Manually hunt down and “rm -rf” all PyCharm / JetBrains-PyCharm settings under my “Library” folder (Mac user here)
- dis-/re-/enabling settings sync
Nothing helped, hoping for more capable people giving me some better ideas …

Can you also attach your IDE log directory as a zip file to our upload server, following these instructions?

Thank you for sharing the logs. I can see multiple plugin errors in the idea.log
Please try this basic troubleshooting below and see if you're experiencing the same behavior again:
I can see you're using an older version of the IDE, you can also try to update to the latest version.
