Double click on "Run" console header does not maximize window

Most tool windows in IntelliJ (like Services, Coverage, Terminal, Build, etc.) can be maximized when I double-click on the window header. Double-clicking again returns the window to the previous size.

But for me, the Run console window does not work this way. This is the most important window for me, but double-clicking on its header does nothing.

Is this feature disabled for the Run console, or is there some other reason why it doesn’t work?
