AI credit top up
Hi I am pretty furious about your AI credit top up “function”. I have PyCharm Pro subsription which includes personal quota for AI credits. As it is stated in the dialog for adding credits, that part is I think satisfied, additionaly I am able to buy these credits, but then I am not able to use them without refund? What kind of scam is this? Am I the only one who finds this idiotic that you are not even warned that you need AI subscription even though you have credits as a Pro user. It would be fine if there would be refund, but I found this really unacceptable and scammy. And i dont understand nou refund policy especially nowadays when you can refund almost anything.

The ability to use additional AI Credits (Top-ups) is currently available only with an active AI Pro or AI Ultimate subscription.
Top-ups are not supported with the AI-Free tier included in the PyCharm Professional license.
While the option to buy top-ups is blocked for AI Free, in some rare cases it might still be possible through alternate paths. Could you please create a support ticket (https://www.jetbrains.com/support/) and share details on how the purchase was made, along with your email address?
This will allow us to investigate the issue further.
