Conflicting Plugins dialog makes PyCharm CE unusable

I've been having this problem from time to time on PyCharm CE. This happens when my cloud sync downloads. I've fixed that (by only having one of the plugins) but it comes back from time to time.
When the conflicting plugins dialog shows up I cannot chose any of the options or click in disable all and restart. The dialog is just frozen there. If I click on the close button, nothing happens.
I need to kill the process.
This is happening on both MacOS and Linux
MacOS: Sequoia on M4
Linux: Tuxedo OS based on Ubuntu 24.04 - KDE Plasma AMD64
PyCharm version: 2025.2.2

Could you clarify how did you fix the cloud sync download? To load PyCharm now follow this guide:
https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/articles/SUPPORT-A-20
After that could you confirm which one of these two plugins you intend to use as they are incompatible with each other. Also when the issue happens again could you collect logs by navigating to Help | Collect Logs and Diagnostic Data after that you can upload it to our secure server https://uploads.jetbrains.com/.
Thank you.

The issue with the “conflicting plugins” dialog box freezing the application also occurs with webstorm.
I'm having the exact same problem in Webstorm

As a workaround, you can try removing one of the conflicting plugins from the plugins directory.
Yep, same problem here. In this case my conflicting plugins are Apollo GraphQL and GraphQL
