Difficulty Renewing Student License
Hi, I've been having some problems renewing my IntelliJ student license. I clicked on the link sent to my student email(nh414938@dal.ca) and received a response saying “Congratulations! Your JetBrains Educational Pack has been renewed.” However when I go to my account page it says that “We found no JetBrains product licenses associated with your JetBrains Account”. When I click on the link "Apply for a free student or teacher license" it sends me to a form, which, upon filling out says “If you would like to renew your Student License, please use the dedicated link in your JetBrains Account, or check the email reminder we send out one week before your license expires for the same link.” But both of those methods just redirect me to the same form.

Thanks for reaching out! I would be more than happy to assist you in renewing the student license manually. In order to perform this function, we will need to receive proof of your student/Teacher enrollment at the school or university. The prefered types of documents are ID’s, and student transcripts. Please provide these at your earliest convenience so we can handle this request for you.

OK, where should I send copies of my ID or transcript?
But this is a publicly visible forum. Do you have a non-publicly visible place I can send them?
We are not asking for any personal information besides your transcript and or other document explicitly stating you are currently enrolled. We do not have another method of taking care of this process.
Transcripts and IDs are sensitive pieces of information. Surely you must have non-public channels for communicating with people?
GitHub is our verified source for providing verification processes to determine student status including renewals. I have offered the good will of fixing the issue directly for you. It is up to you at this point whether or not you would like to provide the requested documents, I just need something with your name on it and the school you attend, be it a transcript, a school ID with your picture blacked out or Your class schedule.
