Code coverage grayed out

I'm using the Pro edition of PyCharm (Build #PY-252.27397.106), and the Code coverage… menu item in the Tools menu is grayed out for all run configurations. The Settings dialog box for Coverage is available. Is there something additional I need to do to turn on coverage?

also please include screenshots of 

  • Coverage settings
    • Settings | Build, Execution, Deployment | Coverage

  • Run/debug configuration
