Can not renew my student pack with github

I had the student pack valid up till April 2025, I missed the renewal then as I was not in need for JetBrains products then, now when trying to renew my pack fromt he subscriptions page in my account, I authorize GitHub and this error appears to me under the email field
I checked my mail and all other emails linked to GitHub and nothing has been sent there
