Problems with student licence

Hello, I have the same problem with my student licence. I was verified and received the E-Mail with “Congratulations! Your JetBrains Educational Pack has been confirmed.”
I also have my licence ID and downloaded Intellij IDEA Ultimate, but it startet with the free trial for one month and it says that it is available until 16.04.2027.
How can I solve this problem?

I mean: available until 16.04.2026! Sorry. 

So it is just available for one month
