IntelliJ failed to startup after upgrade. It is not responding

I installed latest IntelliJ IDEA 2026.1 which uninstalled my previous IDE. After installing new IntelliJ IDEA the intelliJ IDEA failed to start up.

See if it helps to apply solutions from this guide: SUPPORT-A-58
If it doesn't help, please provide additional diagnostic data as requested in this section.
I uninstalled some of the plugins and upgraded JAVA version in Project structure to JAVA 21 from JAVA 17.
After restart it is fine. I hope some of the plugins might cause this issue.
For now it is working fine and there is no issue in start up.
