Download SDK for IDEA and nothing. IDEA android sdk is up to date

I want to use Idea for Android development.
First step 1. for this I edit android sdk location
Next 2
Next 3
Next 4
Next 5
Only one button is active. After 30 minutes , one hour nothing. But button "Cancel" is not enabled and close windows isn't active. And I can close it only in "Windows Task Manager"
Then I reopen idea, and I get window in First step 1.
I think it isn't correct.
I repeated that case in different computers and lan.

This link says the bug is "fixed" but I'm facing the same issue on 2017.3.3 version...
That's correct, it's not fixed in 2017.3.3 version. See the fixed builds field.
I saw, but that build numbers are for the next version (2018.1)? Or for some update that will go liveto 2017.3? I am new to IntelliJ and for most of JetBrains platform...
Yes, 2018.1 and 2017.3.x (probably 2017.3.4).
I use 2018.1.2 and it still doesn't finish the download. I killed the IntelliJ process after I was sure the download was ready. On restart Intellij recorgnizes the sdk, but I can't set the paths. It is trying to download 0 Bytes and details says: "Nothing to do!".
Is there a way to set the path to the sdk manually?

Having the same issue on the newest version. Cannot use the software at all, but luckily I am still on validation. I also have Android Studio installed. There it works fine.
