Same shortcut on two tasks doesn't work

I've got my Keymap set up so that the keys that run the build also do the auto-format, so that every time I build I have automatic publishing. Problem is, this results in the build never being initiated.
Is this a bug? If not, is there any other way I can achieve this behavior?
