CLion freezez on Windows and Linux

Hi, I downloaded CLion to improve my programming skills in C++ and I noticed that Clion is freezing all time. There's a 15 second freez for every 30 seconds of use. That happen on my both computers (PC and laptop).

PC's specs: 
Intel Core i7 920
8 GB RAM DDR3 (Dual Channel)
120 GB SSD (CLion installed here)
1 TB HDD
Windows 10 / Ubuntu 16.04 LTS

Laptop's specs:
Intel Core i3 3217U
8 GB RAM DDR3 (Dual Channel)
120 GB SSD
Windows 10 / Ubuntu 16.04 LTS

Does anybody know what can I do to fix that issue?
