PyCharm wont start

I recently installed PyCharm, but when I tried to run it not even a screen displays.
I've tried running as an admin and also running on compatibility version.
How can I fix this problem?
My teacher's gonna be using PyCharm for my programming classes.

I just purchased and installed pycharm on a windows 10, 32 bit machine. The install seemed to go ok but the IDE won't open. I can get the pycharm.exe splash screen to open if I run it as Admin but that's as far as it goes.
@20151040 What OS do you use? Can you start IDE via .bat/.sh or binary startup file? (would depend on the OS, but you didn't specify it). Please contact pycharm-support@jetbrains.com with these details, thank you.
@Herbstjean Please try to start IDE via pycharm.bat in the bin directory from cmd.exe. Are there any errors displayed in the console?
