Where is the Mac OS X 10.5+ keymap in PhpStorm?

The PhpStorm documentation recommends using the Mac OS X 10.5+ keymap - it seems not to be available under High Sierra. I am using it in IntelliJ, so of course I want to use it in all other JetBrains products, too.

It is not there on a freshly installed copy of PhpStorm on Mac OS-X. It seems like it has been renamed Default.
