Restore Toolbar Item - Toolbar Run Actions

Well, I was able to restore it using the settingsRepository plugin and resetting the Git repo to before that occurred, but I would like to know if there is a different way.

There should be "Restore Default" button on the bottom...

Well ... you could edit C:\Users\USERNAME\.PhpStorm2018.1\config\options\customization.xml file .. but I have no idea how deleted actions will be entered there as I'm only adding items to toolbars and not removing.

Other than that: PhpStorm settings/user profile folder backups?

I was able to restore it because we use the settings repo plugin and that uses Git and just reset back to before the change, but that's annoying that every toolbar item is not available in the list.
