Hello!
Is there a way to change the background color for the message bar which is above the code editor? Or at least change the font color on the right of this panel? Default colors make the text almost unreadable. This applies not only to PhpStorm but also to other IDEs from JetBrains.

How about the text color? Having it stuck as a mid-gray is really infuriating, and it looks like the foreground checkbox is completely disabled.
