Compiler Issue

I am new to the programming world. I'm in a Programming 1 course at a university that covers  the C++ language. I downloaded Cygwin and it pops up fine with the environment and Cmake, but the Make, Compiler, and C++ compiler are nowhere to be found. In the screenshot it says "detecting" but every time it says they're not found and that I need to download the package... What do I do haha because I cannot run a single program in this current situation.
