Upon RIght Click Debug option is not available

For going for Debug mode or even to Run the program. It is not appearing so after clicking in Run option in Menubar. Some Edit Configurations Hold to Run menu pops up and I'm unable to run my code / test cases.
I'm using the 2017.3.4 version

Hi, to Run and Debug, you must have valid Run/Debug configuration, please check that you have valid configuration via Run | Edit Configurations
