Quick Run/Debug dialog width is not ajustable

Hi everyone,
On OS X, Pycharm CE 2017.3, the quick run (or debug) mini dialog cannot be resized. That's an issue whenever I have unit-tests since it's impossible to distinguish between the different entries (cf enclosed screenshot).
Is this a regression or was it always the case ?

It's a platform issue: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-181114. It is fixed in 2018.1 version. You could check it with EAP: https://www.jetbrains.com/pycharm/nextversion/
