"Failed to save settings. Please restart PhpStorm" message after editing .xlf file

Hi,

after editing .xlf files and trying to save I receive the message "Failed to save settings. Please restart PhpStorm".

Copy/paste and mark don't work as expected. I also receive the same message when trying to safe other open files.

Other file endings are not affected.
