The event log shows "packages installed successfully" but still cannot find and import after installed. anything that I missed?

Could you please specify, are you able to successfully install these packages for the same interpreter in the system Terminal?

still the same, the installed packages just gone...
The problem was mended in PyCharm 2018.1.2. Could you please update and check whether it's still relevant?
