Community edition plug in not available

I have downloaded IntelliJ, tried to install Community edition plug in but it's not displayed on (Welcome to IntelliJ IDEA > Configure > Plugins> " Browse jet brains plugins'. Can you please help on it.

What Community edition plugin do you mean?
Python Community edition.
Welcome to IntelliJ IDEA > Configure > Plugins> " Browse jet brains plugins" (it should come on this screen in order to install).
Can you please suggest, how I can I install it.
Could you please share idea.log ("Help | Show Log in... ") after restarting?
