Comparing a database changes within a time interval

Hi team,
I want to see the changes done in my database in an interval.
For e.g. I wanted to know Records Updated Since 4/11/2018 12:00:00 AM to Records Updated Before 4/15/2018 12:00:00 AM in a database.

If there is not such data in the database, DataGrip cannot do this.
