"Resume build from specified module" disabled

I have noticed in the current release as well as the last release that the button to resume a failed maven build is always disabled. Has something changed that is preventing this button from becoming enabled? I am on a mac and I am using my own version of maven (3.5.3).

It is known issue, please follow https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-196522. As a workaround please select another Maven version (e.g. 3.3).

Is there an ETA on this fix? Using another version of maven is not an option for me as our entire team uses 3.5.x.
