Files with - No changes detested - included in Git commit

Hi, can somebody tell me why my Git commit includes files which have flag no changes detected? This files were copied from ftp because of possible changes to Git repository. But commit contains a lot of files which are not changed and diff also shows me a message - no changes. Why are this files included in commit? I dont want it there :)
