Hi.

I have read Guide Document.

but in my package(2018.1.4), does not exist.

spring-api.jar does not needed anymore ?

jars does exist but 'spring-api.jar' is not

Oops, you're right. It seems it was merged into spring.jar a while ago, so that's the only JAR you need to add now in this version.
