I understand the reason of problem. Tearline is getting wide, when I set an 150% scaling in Windows options. My friend work with 100% scale, and their tear line is 1px wide. So sad :(

It's not customizable. I'm also having hard times to believe the folding line is thick.
Try to open File | Settings | Editor | General | Gutter Icons > uncheck "Show gutter icon" - that's probably the setting you're looking for.

But that's exactly why we change the lines width accordingly to the scaling factor - otherwise, they'd be too narrow on 200%, wouldn't they?
No. I don't agree. I think tearline and guide lines must be always 1px wide.
