Export Synced Settings?

When I have my settings synced with my Jetbrains account I cannot export them or also sync them to Github. Is there anyway to get these settings so I can import some of them into Android Studio?

You need first disable IDE Settings Sync to use File | Import/Export options. We plan to return back this ability, please follow the https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-202548
