Intellij cannot type after 29.01.2019 update

After latest update (183.5429.30) I cannot type in editor at all. Characters disappear immediately after typing. IdeaVim plugin not installed
"Bug report" feature doesn't work either
EDIT: it doesn't work with alphanum characters only.
Special characters work fine

Please re-install from https://www.jetbrains.com/idea/download into a new empty directory.
If issue remains, provide idea.log after IDE restart (for uploading you can use ftp://ftp.intellij.net/.uploads / https://uploads.services.jetbrains.com or any file sharing service).
