Can I get free IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate Edition as schoolboy ?

Hello everyone, I've heard that JetBrains Company provides free IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate for university students, unfortunately I'm not studying in university yet, but I need to practice in developing Web Applications in Java for this I need Ultimate Edition. Is it any programs to get Ultimate Edition as schoolboy ?
