Split tabs in PHPStorm's tool windows and dock them in one second window

Hello,
i'd like to expand my PHPStorm experience to a second screen.
Therefore i already opened some tool-windows in window mode and put them on the desired screen.

But i'd like to a have a second window like the main window, where i can arrange all the tool windows separately but together in one window, is that possible?

When i have every tool window opened separately on my second screen, i can't split the tabs of them, so for example in the VCS Tool window, i'd like to have the "local-changes" and the "log" tab next to each other in a separate window.

In other applications like the Adobe apps, i can simply drag and drop to "snap" different tool windows together in one, is there a similar functionality in PHPStorm?
I know i can arrange the tool-window-tabs within the mainwindow in that way, but it wont work if i drag one onto another tool window, or at least i'm just to dumb for it.
