Can I combine 2 accounts JB?

I have 2 accounts for 2 different mail. On one account there is a student license. I want to have 1 license account(I want to have license on second account instead first). How can I combine 2 accounts in 1 and leave 1 mail and student license? Or should I wait and take the student license for another year for another account?
