Can I resize fallback font with custom properties?

In my case, size of main font and fallback font is not match(some CJK font is too big than main font in same point) so I'm trying to resize fallback font only.
Is it possible to change it through custom properties, or other way?

There is no way to specify the fallback font size separately, request is welcome at https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues/IDEA.
