Ubuntu 18.04 Desktop freezes after close Clion and open again

My problem is quite similar to the WebStorm Problem, with Ubuntu 18.04.
When I close Clion 2018.3.4 and click the Clion icon to open it again (by the desktop entry), it will not have any response.
After that, if I click on another app or Clion again (by the desktop entry), the desktop will freeze.
I cannot switch windows or use any app. Just no response from the screen (yet I can still move my mouse or change Caps on the keyboard), but no just GUI response in the system.
I tried lots of times, it failed every time... And I had to reboot with all my documents unsaved...
BTW, I also tried the terminal entry, with which I did not meet the problem...
