No response when opening .cpp or .h file

Dear all, I am newer to clion. I meet a problem when I want to check files in a c++ project.
Details: In clion, I can open the project properly. But when I double click or even right click on *.h or *.cpp file, clion gives no response. Then I cannot do anything on the clion GUI. The source code of the project can be download here.
Platform: centos, clion version: Version: 2019.1,
