Command line launcher is kinda pretty much broken, aka no migration path

Situation. You have a command line launcher aka `mine` from pre-toolbox mgmt of said launcher.
mine . returns:
The file /Users/akreps/Library/Application Support/JetBrains/Toolbox/apps/RubyMine/ch-0/183.5153.41/RubyMine 2018.3 EAP.app does not exist.
Load Rubymine, latest, EAP. Tools menu. Create command line launcher. It reports:
Go into toolbox. Enable its ability to manage the command line script. Then go back to your terminal. run `mine .` and you get
The file /Users/akreps/Library/Application Support/JetBrains/Toolbox/apps/RubyMine/ch-0/183.5153.41/RubyMine 2018.3 EAP.app does not exist.
It is a loop from which there is no escape and I cannot fix it. Help?

there's a known issue with scripts generation via Toolbox, will be fixed in the next version:
https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/TBX-3578
Still the script name will be rubymine, not mine, unless you rename it (in the RubyMine's settings in Toolbox)
