How to use the JPA entity code file template
I can not find anywhere the option to select new entity or something simular
while i have enabled the JPA aspect and Spring data jpa aspect on the module
How can i use a new entity code file template?

Do you mean template in Editor | File and Code Templates | Other | JPA? These templates are used by IDE when generating persistence mapping. See Generate Persistence Mapping. Check also https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-97873#focus=streamItem-27-2901987.0-0
