is there any plugin to convert JSON file into YAML and viceversa?
Something like the VSCode plugin https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=tuxtina.json2yaml ?

No, I'm not aware of any. Might be a good idea for a custom plugin. You can use https://github.com/Codearte/props2yaml-idea-plugin as example
