Cannot launch Pycharm after install

I installed Pycharm community to my pc. Windows 7, 64-bit. But when I try to open it, it shows launching error and says "the procedure entry point ucrtbase.terminate could not be located in the dynamic link library." It also says, " failed to load JVM DLL."
What can I do to fix it?

Hi,
Please try re-installing PyCharm from https://www.jetbrains.com/pycharm/download preliminary removing all directories used by IDE https://www.jetbrains.com/help/pycharm/directories-used-by-the-ide-to-store-settings-caches-plugins-and-logs.html

Please upload your logs folder zipped which you can find following that article to https://uploads.services.jetbrains.com/ and let me know the name of the file.
Also, run java -version in your system terminal and provide the output.
