Context Items were lost reinstalling PhpStorm

Hello,
I reinstalled PhpStorm 2019.1.2 on ubuntu 18 and I saved content of
/home/user/.PhpStorm2019.1/config
and I exported/imported settings.jar from I PhpStorm menu.

But What I lost that is Context Items(CTRL+ALT+L). Where are they saved and how can I restore them ?

Unfortunately, I don't follow. Ctrl+Alt+L is a shortcut for Code | Reformat Code. Could you please elaborate what you mean by context items? Thank you!

They should be stored at ~\.PhpStorm2019.1\config\tasks\: projectname.contexts.zip & projectname.tasks.zip files
