Modifier letters (e.g. ^ or °) input

Hello!

I have a problem since a while: I can't input special modifier letters. For example: mm^2 will be mm2, °C will be C. It used to work.

I use PhpStorm 2019.2 Beta on Windows 10 with Hungarian keyboard, that means I have to press AltGr+3 and an other character for ^ prefix.

Could you help me? Thank you!
