I connect to jupyterhub on the browser using github auth. How do I set up pycharm to connect remotely to the jupyterhub server if I don't have access to the authentication token?

We currently do no support authenticators for JupyterHub https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/PY-22589, please upvote and follow for updates.
